- Knowledge of procedures for updates and improvements
- Technical degree or equivalent military experience, bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Frequent travel throughout Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland
Aufgaben
- Perform successful installations at customer sites
- Complete preventative maintenance activities on time
- Provide service for emergency customer repairs
- Complete service reports, expense reports, and SFDC requirements
- Complete necessary training on time
- Develop knowledge of industry practices and policies
- Support sales process by performing site inspections
- Perform technical work and make decisions at customer sites
- Prioritize, evaluate, and communicate technical issues with support
