Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field (finance, controlling, accounting focus)
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance (international company)
- Strong business acumen and financial KPI analysis experience
- Solid knowledge of month-end closing and reporting processes
- Good understanding of IFRS
- Experience with SAP and modern BI/reporting tools (advantageous)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Confident use of PowerPoint
- Experience with Danish GAAP or Nordic local accounting standards (advantageous)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of working with international teams and senior management
- Business-fluent English skills
- Danish language skills (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Provide financial oversight and controlling for GEA Farm Technologies Nordics
- Be a trusted sparring partner for local Managing Directors and the management team
- Analyze sales, earnings, and cost development, providing actionable recommendations
- Support the local organization in meeting its financial targets
- Run and coordinate forecast, budget, and planning processes
- Be actively involved in IFRS month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Analyze and comment on financial performance, preparing management reports
- Ensure high data quality and transparency in reporting
- Perform balance sheet and P&L analyses in close cooperation with local finance teams and the Shared Service Center
- Contribute to performance management and steering topics across the Farm Technologies Division
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and management presentations
- Further develop reporting, forecasting, and controlling tools
- Support international projects to standardize and optimize finance processes
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives on performance management, digitalization, and transparency
