Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field with finance, controlling, or accounting focus
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, FP&A, or finance in international company
- Strong business acumen and financial KPI analysis experience
- Solid knowledge of month-end closing and reporting processes
- Good understanding of IFRS
- Experience with SAP and modern BI/reporting tools (advantageous)
- Excellent Excel skills
- Confident use of PowerPoint
- Experience with Danish GAAP or Nordic local accounting standards (advantageous, not required)
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of working with international teams and senior management
- Business-fluent English skills
- Danish language skills (advantageous, not required)
Aufgaben
- Act as Finance Business Partner for the Nordic region
- Provide financial oversight and controlling for GEA Farm Technologies Nordics
- Serve as a trusted sparring partner for local Managing Directors and management
- Analyze sales, earnings, and cost development
- Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on financial analysis
- Support the local organization in meeting financial targets
- Run and coordinate forecast, budget, and planning processes
- Manage month-end closing and reporting activities
- Participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings under IFRS
- Analyze and comment on financial performance
- Prepare management reports
- Ensure high data quality and transparency in reporting
- Perform balance sheet and P&L analyses with local finance teams and Shared Service Center
- Contribute to performance management and steering topics for the Farm Technologies Division
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses, business cases, and management presentations
- Further develop reporting, forecasting, and controlling tools
- Support international projects for finance process standardization and optimization
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives on performance management, digitalization, and transparency
