Aufgaben
- Plan and run the year-end physical inventory.
- Reconcile inventory results to the asset register.
- Define clear data standards for the asset register.
- Maintain an accurate, reconciled asset register.
- Set up a clear, documented capitalization lifecycle.
- Establish booking logic for subsidized assets.
- Design an automated purchase-to-asset flow.
- Document policies and work instructions.
- Hand over clear procedures to the emerging team.
- Partner with project, construction, and site teams.
- Prepare reconciliations and supporting documentation for audits.
- Act as the day-to-day contact for external auditors.
