Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end development of custom solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to define and detail use cases
- Validate solutions and gather feedback
- Build customer-facing UI in React and TypeScript
- Build backend services
- Build integrations with Staffbase and third-party APIs
- Mentor mid-level engineers
- Bring structure, engineering standards, and good practices to the team
- Produce high-quality, well-tested code
- Participate in code review process
- Continuously learn and share knowledge with peers
- Push code frequently
- Maintain a healthy CI/CD pipeline
- Automate processes where beneficial
