- Solution-oriented, self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Professional communication style
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Additional languages are an asset
Aufgaben
- Act as a trusted business partner to the Electronics Leadership Team
- Serve as the functional CFO for SG&A
- Provide fact-based financial analysis for SG&A decisions
- Provide fact-based financial analysis for strategic initiative decisions
- Lead the end-to-end SG&A planning cycle
- Lead the end-to-end SG&A forecasting cycle
- Lead the end-to-end SG&A budgeting cycle
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning
- Develop business cases to support strategic planning
- Develop scenario analyses to support strategic planning
- Develop financial models to support resource allocation
- Develop business cases to support resource allocation
- Develop scenario analyses to support resource allocation
- Contribute to long-range financial planning for the Electronics business
- Accelerate AI and advanced analytics use across FP&A
- Identify scalable AI-enabled solutions
