Aufgaben
- Act as Finance Business Partner to DACH Brand teams
- Support growth and profitability decisions for DACH brands
- Provide financial guidance on investment priorities
- Provide financial guidance on brand performance
- Partner with Marketing and Commercial stakeholders
- Ensure financially sound decision-making
- Build strong relationships across Finance, Commercial, and Marketing
- Prepare and challenge Brand P&Ls
- Prepare and challenge Gate P&Ls
- Prepare and challenge pricing assumptions
- Prepare and challenge ROI analyses
- Own A&CP forecasting, tracking, and governance
- Deliver variance analysis
- Deliver risk and opportunity assessments
- Deliver gap-closing recommendations
- Lead Annual Planning governance
- Coordinate stakeholder inputs across the business
- Support pricing initiatives with financial impact assessments
- Support pricing initiatives with performance tracking
- Evaluate investment effectiveness for marketing activities
- Evaluate return on investment for marketing activities
- Drive profitability improvements through fact-based recommendations
- Ensure commercial decisions align with long-term business objectives
- Maintain strong governance standards across A&CP investments
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements
- Ensure compliance with audit standards
- Support audit documentation

- Drive financial discipline across the DACH brand portfolio
