Anforderungen
- Commercial apprenticeship and at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Extensive SAP experience (SD module and others)
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
- Meticulous, independent work style with process understanding
- Teamwork skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Facilitation skills (workshops, training)
- Second foreign language is a plus (German, Spanish, French, Italian)
Aufgaben
- Monitor processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Forward and escalate issues to cross-functional teams
- Support improvement processes
- Create and revise process documentation
- Prepare for improvement meetings
- Evaluate new processes, such as VMI/EDI
- Coordinate requests from other departments
- Create Business Warehouse reports
- Define and implement improvement measures
- Eliminate or consolidate redundant reports
- Create IT tickets for issues or changes
- Review open IT tickets
- Perform quarterly regression testing
- Assist global trainers with documentation and training sessions
- Support training for apprentices, interns, and new employees worldwide
- Assist with training customer service representatives on processes
