- Contribute to the development of the global Procurement organization
- Manage a global sourcing portfolio of approximately €3 billion
- Align IT sourcing strategies with IT organizations
- Lead and empower a team of seven team leaders and 45 employees
- Own the global IT procurement community and central initiatives
- Act as a role model for organizational and workforce transformation
- Ensure compliance with standards and guidelines
- Identify and implement new business opportunities
- Strengthen and shape the Siemens-wide Procurement community
- Deliver targeted results for purchasing volume, cost center, and headcount
- Contribute to the overall Pooled Indirect strategy and development
- Drive AI-related transformation initiatives within Pooled Indirect
- Contribute to the overall AI strategy within Pooled Indirect
