Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training with master/technician qualification, extensive expertise, and long-term diverse professional experience; alternatively, bachelor's degree with long-term professional experience or master's degree with several years of professional experience
- Deep waste domain expertise, hands-on process knowledge, strong understanding of industry procurement cycles, techno-commercial dynamics, and key stakeholder landscapes
- Commercial mindset, proven track record of pipeline development, opportunity management, and closing business in complex, multi-stakeholder industrial environments
- Customer credibility, confident and compelling in senior and technical engagements with waste operators, municipalities, system integrators, and OEMs
- Entrepreneurial drive, comfortable operating in actively built space, initiative to create structure and momentum
- Willingness to travel regularly across priority regions
- English mandatory; German and other languages a strong advantage
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the waste vertical go-to-market strategy
- Position the portfolio and introduce Siemens' waste solutions
- Drive pipeline creation and execution as the primary waste expert
- Embed directly in priority markets to accelerate opportunities
- Lead and support customer engagements with major waste operators, municipalities, and OEMs
- Bring process knowledge, procurement understanding, and techno-commercial fluency to engagements
- Coordinate cross-Business Unit activities for a unified Siemens approach
- Maximize share of wallet across the waste value chain
- Translate industry knowledge into sales enablement tools and insights
- Equip regional teams to compete and win in the waste market
- Translate waste industry knowledge into portfolio requirements
- Shape Siemens' offering development for the waste market
- Monitor market trends and competitor positioning
- Keep Siemens' approach relevant, compelling, and differentiating
- Feed customer and market insights into offering development
- Help shape the next generation of Siemens solutions for the waste sector
