Anforderungen
- Completed university/applied sciences degree in computer science, business informatics, or comparable
- In-depth knowledge: software/solution architecture, design, development, innovation management, platform/cloud architectures
- Knowledge in enterprise IT architecture, program/project management (software implementations)
- Proven experience establishing/leading PMO structures (methodologies, governance, measurement, coordination)
- Significant experience in project portfolio management (prioritization, planning, budget, reporting)
- Strong competencies in provider/vendor management (contractual, SLA, performance, sourcing)
- Preferably certifications: Scrum, TOGAF 9, iSAQB CPSA, SAFe Architect, Design Thinking Coach, PMI PMP, SAFe RTE
- Strong analytical/planning skills, conflict management, assertiveness, social/team skills
- 10+ years experience: software development, design, architecture, innovation, design thinking, platform/cloud
- At least 5+ years experience: disciplinary/technical leadership (20+ employees)
- Preferably 2+ years experience: department head/leader (complex agile IT programs)
Aufgaben
- Plan, manage, and monitor solution, system, and software architecture activities
- Oversee application development, digital innovation, IT platforms, and cloud services
- Design, implement, and optimize IT process organization for service tower interaction
- Lead programme managers and report to technology leadership
- Integrate processes with adjacent IT domains and departments
- Identify and activate potential within innovation teams
- Design and advance digital innovations and emerging technologies
- Oversee major innovation and development initiatives
- Coordinate and define software and solution architectures
- Maintain holistic application components for business requirements
- Plan, coordinate, and validate development and implementation procedures
- Ensure consistency between software designs and architecture standards
- Manage the Project Management Office (PMO)
- Define, implement, and optimize project management methods, standards, and KPIs
- Ensure quality assurance across IT projects and programs
- Strategically plan and steer the IT project and program portfolio
- Prioritize projects, plan resources and budgets, and manage risks
- Provide consolidated reporting to executive leadership
- Establish and supervise IT governance structures
- Prepare, coordinate, and validate operational and strategic decisions
- Manage provider and vendor relationships end-to-end
- Select providers, manage contracts, and monitor SLAs
- Develop sourcing and delivery models for application development
