- Provide leadership in finance, influencing structures and processes
- Manage accounting operations in Germany for a team of approximately 20 employees
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping according to HGB standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements on time
- Map, optimize, and standardize all finance-related processes
- Lead, develop, and motivate the finance team
- Establish finance team structures and processes
- Collaborate closely with management, controlling, tax advisors, and auditors
- Act as a sparring partner for the management team on accounting, financial reporting, and compliance matters
- Monitor and further develop internal controls
- Monitor and further develop reporting and KPI structures
