Aufgaben
- Design, pilot, and refine measurement tools and instruments
- Design and oversee implementation of an M&E framework
- Define key performance indicators and measurable outcomes
- Establish and maintain data quality standards and protocols
- Own selection, configuration, and administration of data tools
- Build dashboards and routine reporting for teams
- Support teams to use data for learning and decision-making
- Develop and drive learning agendas with programme teams
- Analyse monitoring data to identify trends and risks
- Recommend corrective action based on data analysis
- Set up and maintain a rigorous QA tracking system
- Define content and close the data loop with programme teams
- Maintain core data systems and documentation for M&E
- Ensure monitoring and evaluation activities meet ethical standards
- Partner with Head of Research for impact evaluations
- Lead, mentor, and develop the M&E team
- Partner with teams to embed good measurement practice
- Support Chief Impact Officer with data and evidence
