- Steer and integrate Finance, People, Legal/Corporate, and Business Operations
- Translate financial numbers into decisions
- Ensure sound financial management
- Lead the Finance and People Operations teams
- Manage external tax, payroll, and legal partners
- Own budget, forecast, and cash planning
- Develop cost, hiring, and investment scenarios
- Prepare SaaS metrics and cost analyses for management
- Provide monthly and quarterly reports to management, board, and shareholders
- Coordinate annual financial statements with tax advisors and auditors
- Develop finance processes, controls, and approvals
- Provide functional leadership to the finance team
- Prepare materials for board meetings, shareholder resolutions, and investor requests
- Coordinate fundraising and transaction processes, including data room and due diligence
- Identify, prioritize, and manage legal matters with external counsel
- Embed compliance processes for GDPR, AML, and sanctions
- Own policies, tools, and cross-functional processes
- Lead People Operations
- Steer recruiting priorities
- Act as a sparring partner for managers on people topics
