Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Law, Social Sciences, or comparable field; or equivalent professional qualification with relevant HR experience
- Several years of professional HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience, ideally in international/matrix organization
- Sound knowledge of employment law and practical experience with employee representative bodies
- Experience in core HR processes, organizational change, and transformation initiatives; solid knowledge of HR best practices and proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Structured, pragmatic, solution-oriented approach; high initiative, accountability, business orientation, and discretion
- Fluent English and German (C1); other European language is an advantage
Aufgaben
- Advise and partner with leaders, managers, and employees on people, organizational, and employment law matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with employee representatives, including managing Works Council matters and procedures.
- Support organizational change, transformation, and change management initiatives.
- Manage and implement individual personnel measures in compliance with legal, company, and corporate governance standards.
- Support core HR processes, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee development, recruitment, and workforce planning.
- Support annual compensation and workforce planning cycles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits and compliance activities.
- Contribute to local, regional, and international HR projects.
