Aufgaben
- Support the management and progression of innovation ideas in Stage 1
- Help teams structure ideas and define next steps
- Prepare ideas for evaluation and project approval
- Coordinate and facilitate key activities within the yearly innovation rhythm
- Organize and coordinate yearly Innovation Fairs and internal innovation showcases
- Create visibility, exchange, and engagement around the innovation portfolio
- Support or lead project management for selected innovation and renovation projects
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-country teams
- Ensure timelines, quality standards, and project deliverables are met
- Create and maintain project plans and risk and action plans
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including decision-making and action item tracking
- Maintain data in relevant Stage-Gate tools and systems
- Share expertise and guide Junior Project Managers
- Prepare decision-making materials for portfolio and Steering Committee Meetings
- Develop recommendations for prioritizing and sequencing projects
- Support the further development of the innovation process by sharing best practices
