Aufgaben
- Shape and drive the evolution of the enterprise-wide Process Management Framework
- Ensure consistent process management through governance, standards, methods, and target operating model
- Maintain and further develop the process architecture
- Ensure process documentation is consistent, transparent, and user-friendly
- Provide tools, templates, guidelines, and best practices to empower process owners and stewards
- Analyze and promote data-driven process control with a focus on data and performance
- Support the use of KPI frameworks, process mining, and process analytics
- Further develop a global process management community with international stakeholders
- Design and conduct training sessions and enablement initiatives
- Identify and drive adoption of emerging technologies and innovative approaches for Process Management
- Act as a thought leader for Process Management
- Define how Data, Processes, Analytics, and AI work together to create business value
- Advance Process Management through automation and AI-based solutions
