- University/college degree or equivalent training/experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project management, natural resource/environmental/risk management, certification, or legal compliance
- Auditing, quality assurance, consultancy, or forensic investigation experience
- Knowledge/experience with FSC certification or other relevant schemes
- Project management experience with cross-functional/multi-stakeholder projects

Aufgaben
- Investigate and prevent false claims and wrongdoings
- Work on integrity investigations and projects
- Identify integrity risks
- Prepare and implement solutions for integrity risks
- Manage projects with external partners
- Manage supply chain integrity interventions and projects
- Execute follow-up actions for integrity interventions
- Conduct in-depth analysis of supply chain integrity evidence
- Serve as the focal point for the FSC Wood ID programme
- Coordinate FSC Wood ID programme activities
- Coordinate with external partners on supply chain integrity issues
- Support development and implementation of integrity tools
- Prevent, detect, and address false claims, fraud, and integrity risks
- Represent the Supply Chain Integrity team in meetings
- Provide input into the development of FSC normative framework
- Provide input into the revision of FSC normative requirements
- Support development and delivery of communications on integrity activities
- Provide technical input and expertise for communications
- Provide crisis communications support
- Build and maintain effective contacts with stakeholders
- Maintain good relations with stakeholders affected by integrity activities
- Identify system improvements
- Advise on system improvements
- Monitor system improvements
- Review system improvements
- Perform other assigned tasks and project work
