Aufgaben
- Coordinate building operations with internal and external partners
- Serve as the main contact for property, facility managers, and internal stakeholders
- Create, establish, and implement building operations processes
- Manage product-related projects, including new digital product introductions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for product projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Set up project frameworks and prioritize tasks
- Report project progress regularly to stakeholders
- Summarize insights and outcomes for continuous improvement
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners using project plans
- Monitor project progress and measure performance
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Serve as a main contact for residents and B2B partners
- Process customer requests to ensure a positive customer experience
