Anforderungen
- Completed business administration degree or similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience in Internal Control, Auditing, or Controlling
- Knowledge in Financial Reporting and Accounting
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP (Basis, FI, MM modules)
- Very good German and English skills
- Analytical thinking and structured comprehension of complex issues
- Initiative and independent, responsible work ethic
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of stakeholder collaboration

- Willingness to travel desirable
- Ideally, additional knowledge in OneStream, Power BI, or MS SharePoint
Aufgaben
- Develop and implement the internal control and risk management system (IKS), considering group guidelines, in collaboration with MPT EU companies and auditors.
- Implement, optimize, and monitor (SOX) controls with business departments.
- Further develop the Delegation of Authority (DoA).
- Analyze audit findings.
- Guide business departments on corrective actions for audit findings (IT/Finance).
- Coordinate with external auditors and Internal Audit for audits.
- Prepare quarterly QRM reporting on open findings.
- Conduct Controller Model File Reviews for MPT EU companies.
- Support SoD, Critical Authorizations, and User Access Reviews with IT.
- Support the Accounting department with OneStream tool queries.
- Further develop the risk management system.
- Represent processes in internal and external audits (e.g., IATF).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in finance and IT.
