Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or comparable discipline or Bachelor’s degree with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience as IT Business Consultant, SAP Consultant or similar with strong SAP Solution Manager customization experience, especially ChaRM; development skills are a plus
- Good understanding of Application Lifecycle Management processes and SAP operations
- Experience in GxP regulated computerized system environment is an advantage
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM or strong interest in shaping its adoption and future direction
- Strong communication skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in international environment
- Experience with Jira is required, experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English, advanced German language skills necessary
Aufgaben
- Support and further develop SAP Solution Manager landscape
- Drive strategic evolution towards SAP Cloud ALM and modern ALM capabilities
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve SAP Solution Manager, focusing on ChaRM, custom code management, test management, and ALM processes
- Support system upgrades
- Optimize processes
- Implement new ALM capabilities
- Manage external vendors
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver ALM services
- Contribute to the evaluation, adoption, and integration of SAP Cloud ALM
- Define the future ALM roadmap
- Support the transition from SAP Solution Manager to Cloud ALM
