Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
- Software engineering experience in production environments or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience using AI tools in daily engineering work with practical examples
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Familiarity with cloud fundamentals, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of Agile delivery fundamentals
- Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
- Ability to validate, evaluate, and improve AI-generated outputs
- Familiarity with agentic system concepts and orchestration frameworks
- Very good German and English skills
Aufgaben
- Design, build, and ship production-grade software across the full stack
- Use AI-assisted tooling as standard daily practice
- Build production-grade software that connects to and supports agentic AI systems
- Integrate full-stack work with agent architecture, LLM APIs, and enterprise AI pipelines
- Use AI coding assistants daily with demonstrable impact on productivity and output quality
- Integrate LLM APIs into applications in production
- Manage token limits and latency when calling AI provider APIs
- Build initial abstraction layers for LLM API integration
- Apply AI across the full software delivery lifecycle
- Generate AI-assisted tests
- Perform AI-assisted debugging
- Engage in AI-accelerated code review
- Perform prompt engineering for development tasks
- Own the quality of AI-generated outputs
- Exercise engineering judgment about AI reliability, limitations, and failure modes
- Determine when AI output is production-ready
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate AI-assisted workflows
- Present AI productivity and quality metrics to stakeholders
- Own delivery end-to-end in Agile sprint cycles
- Provide production support in Agile sprint cycles
- Contribute to shared knowledge bases
- Develop reusable components
- Establish internal AI tooling standards
- Build and integrate application layers, APIs, and interfaces
- Connect full-stack systems to agentic backends
- Understand data flows between code and AI pipelines
- Understand context handoffs between code and AI pipelines
- Understand integration points between code and AI pipelines
