- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent vocational training
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Storyblok)
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira)
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and data

Aufgaben
- Monitor key shop KPIs, including funnel conversion, cancellation rates and payment shares
- Identify anomalies and drive corrective actions with relevant teams
- Test our 20+ shop frontends and support releases and rollouts through thorough implementation checks, testing, and sign-off
- Manage transactional emails, legal pages, delivery notes, and app store reviews, and act as the main interface to Customer Service
- Coordinate stakeholders and processes for external partner assortment
- Identify operational inefficiencies, improve processes for reliability and scalability, and leverage AI to automate repetitive tasks
- Support successful project delivery through proactive coordination and close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
