Aufgaben
- Support structuring financings for wind, solar, and battery storage projects
- Support risk management across the existing Encavis portfolio
- Work on European project financings for wind, solar, and BESS assets
- Work on new financings and refinancings
- Work on warehouse and bridge facilities
- Take on own workstreams within transactions
- Prepare bank presentations and information packages
- Track lender feedback
- Compare incoming term sheets
- Work with LMA-standard financing agreements
- Review key project contracts from a bankability perspective
- Coordinate workstreams with external advisors
- Prepare due diligence findings for the deal team
- Support internal teams with financing-related issues
- Support internal teams with waivers and consent requests
- Review financial models prepared by external providers
- Coordinate information flow during model build
- Oversee the model audit process
- Manage CP/CS checklists towards financial close
- Help monitor covenants across the existing portfolio
- Help monitor reporting obligations across the existing portfolio
- Follow lender and debt capital market developments
- Prepare analyses for financing strategy
