Aufgaben
- Structure, arrange, and execute international non-recourse financings for wind, solar, and BESS assets
- Develop innovative financing structures reflecting regulatory and market conditions in Western European core markets
- Lead market sounding and select lenders for financing processes
- Harmonize competing offers into bankable financing structures
- Negotiate directly with international banks on financing terms
- Prepare, review, and negotiate LMA-standard financing agreements with external legal counsel
- Optimize key project contracts (EPC, PPA, O&M) from a bankability perspective with internal teams
- Coordinate due diligence with external advisors
- Translate due diligence findings into robust mitigation strategies
- Support Operations and PPA Origination in resolving financing-related issues, waivers, and consent requests
- Manage and validate complex financial models
- Run sensitivity and covenant analyses on financial models
- Coordinate financial model audits
- Lead financial closings, including CP/CS management and hedging coordination
- Lead deal teams and mentor junior colleagues
- Collaborate closely with Investments, Construction, Operations, Legal, and Tax departments
- Monitor lender and capital market trends
- Develop competitive financing structures for Encavis based on market trends
