- Proven technical leadership in agile software development
- Leading and mentoring engineering teams
- Ability to establish and promote software engineering best practices
- Up-to-date with digital trends and emerging technologies
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus
- Simplifying complex topics and crafting clear messages
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- German language skills (plus)
Aufgaben
- Design, modernize, and maintain the financial reporting and analytics ecosystem architecture
- Lead the implementation of the Data Management Platform on Snowflake
- Drive the Finance Data Product build
- Deliver cloud-native data and analytics solutions
- Establish standards and best practices for governance, reliability, and delivery
- Engage in networks to share knowledge, mentor colleagues, and build capabilities
- Guide and consult teams on selecting and implementing technology solutions
- Monitor architecture-related metrics and KPIs for continuous improvement
- Scout new technologies
- Create cost transparency
- Drive optimization measures
- Support RFPs
- Host knowledge-sharing sessions
- Represent the team and company at events
