- Design and deliver onboarding, leadership, and learning programs
- Turn strategy into effective experiences
- Drive execution and continuous iteration of learning programs
- Host and facilitate in-person onboarding in Munich
- Keep learning resources sharp and current
- Ensure programs run smoothly for stakeholders
- Deliver Helsing's in-person onboarding program in Munich
- Bring mission, culture, and operating model to life for new cohorts
- Travel to other European hubs as needed
- Coordinate program logistics and manage cohort scheduling
- Partner with hiring managers, Security, IT, and People Operations
- Support new joiners and managers as the go-to contact
- Answer questions and proactively unblock issues during onboarding
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base
- Keep onboarding and learning resources structured and accurate in Confluence
- Ensure onboarding and learning resources are effortless to navigate
- Build learning materials and design leadership content
- Refine leadership and learning content with subject matter experts
- Align with People Business Partners and Talent Acquisition
- Match onboarding calendar, capacity, and content to hiring volume
- Collect and analyze onboarding and engagement data
- Analyze pulse surveys to spot bottlenecks and improve delivery
- Support self-serve learning adoption
- Track engagement and feedback on content quality
