Aufgaben
- Translate customer reality into engineering requirements
- Participate in customer and expert calls with Sales
- Coach customers hands-on in trials and hackathons
- Propose concrete paths for customer challenges
- Define next steps after customer conversations
- Document actual customer workflows and pain points
- Write specifications, edge cases, and acceptance criteria for Engineering
- Write, test, and ship agent skills and playbooks
- Build evaluation frameworks and test sets
- Diagnose AI failures at prompt and context level
- Fix AI failures or provide precise diagnoses to Engineering
- Make customer solutions repeatable and sellable
- Create standard demo environments
- Develop a skill library for Sales and Customer Success
- Improve onboarding processes
- Provide legal depth to Customer Success
- Turn fixes into self-sufficient solutions for Customer Success
- Handle legal and compliance questions
- Perform contract reviews
- Address customer security and data protection questions
- Manage occasional in-house legal matters
