Anforderungen
- 3+ years as software engineer
- Hands-on work with RevOps, SalesOps, or MktOps tooling
- Experience in B2B SaaS

- Track record of integrating CRM with other business tools
- Integration via REST APIs and webhooks
- Writing integration code yourself
- Understanding of event driven architectures
- Understanding of messaging systems (Kafka)
- Knowledge of Kafka producers and consumers, idempotency, error handling, retries
- Comfortable with SQL
- Comfortable with data modelling
- Experience hosting and operating services (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Experience with monitoring
- Deep hands-on HubSpot expertise (admin and API)
- HubSpot workflows, custom properties, reporting, permissions
- Salesforce or other CRM experience is a plus
- Track record building/cleaning CRM data foundations at scale
- Strong analytical instincts
- Turning messy data into usable dashboards
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS
- Confidence to push back when something does not add up
- Structured, ownership-driven way of working
- Comfortable in fast-moving scale-up environment
- Fluent English
- German language skills are a plus
Aufgaben
- Own HubSpot architecture, workflows, automations, custom properties, and integrations
- Integrate HubSpot with Younium for subscription and billing data
- Design, build, and operate integrations and data pipelines between HubSpot, Younium, and the product platform
- Write production software in Python for integrations and data pipelines
- Version control, test, monitor, and deploy integrations and data pipelines via CI/CD
- Build event-driven integrations on the Kafka platform
- Ensure reliable flow of product, usage, and billing events into the GTM stack
- Design and enforce a clean data foundation with consistent lifecycle stages, lead status, and deal stages
- Establish consistent attribution logic, territory, and tier structures
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for pipeline, forecast, and rep performance visibility
- Partner with Sales leadership on key metrics and infrastructure
- Act as connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Maintain consistent funnel definitions and handoffs
- Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and deal desk workflows
- Manage approvals and pricing exceptions
- Translate commercial priorities into system-level changes
- Implement lead routing and scoring
- Design territories
- Align compensation structures
