- Experience managing multi-market or pan-European logistics
Aufgaben
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Logistics Specialists and coordinators
- Ensure strong team performance, engagement, and accountability
- Align team capabilities with business priorities
- Deliver weekly and monthly performance reporting to senior leadership
- Translate operational performance into clear updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
- Drive accountability and performance improvement through agreed actions
- Act as the primary relationship owner for 3PL and last-mile delivery providers
- Drive operational performance, SLA adherence, and service quality with providers
- Manage cost efficiency with logistics providers through performance reviews
- Serve as the key escalation point for operational issues and vendor performance concerns
- Champion the post-purchase and delivery experience
- Enhance service levels, delivery performance, and customer retention using data and insights
- Monitor, audit, and optimise supply chain operating costs with Finance and Operational Excellence
- Ensure budget adherence and identify opportunities to reduce waste
- Provide operational insights to inform logistics strategy and network optimisation
- Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams
- Deliver new logistics partnerships, operating models, tools, and process improvements
