  • Product and data fluency: understanding tools, interrogating data (SQL/BigQuery, Sheets, Looker/Tableau), setting analysis standards
  • Process standardisation across markets: SOPs, playbooks, and governance

  • Coach team members on market and product portfolios
  • Build the bench for future ownership
  • Contribute to supply chain strategy and priorities for Dmarts
  • Own multiple key results end to end
  • Align on strategic goals with central and regional leadership
  • Lead the supply chain target setting process
  • Set availability, fill rate, days on hand, and spoilage targets per market
  • Negotiate targets with regional leadership
  • Hold the business accountable to targets
  • Own the central demand planning framework across 40+ countries
  • Develop standards and guardrails for market planning
  • Drive regular business planning with commercial and supplier management teams
  • Establish the long-term capacity plan
  • Track forecast accuracy
  • Translate growth ambition into network, inventory, and supplier requirements
  • Manage stakeholders to achieve outcomes
  • Align senior regional supply chain, store operations, and commercial leaders
  • Resolve misalignment before it escalates
  • Influence markets without formal authority
  • Influence product strategy and roadmaps
  • Act as the business voice in the central product team
  • Prepare business cases
  • Aggregate and challenge feature requests from markets
  • Protect roadmap focus by resolving unnecessary engineering work
  • Own rollouts and adoption end to end
  • Design pilots
  • Ensure market readiness
  • Manage training and hypercare
  • Measure product adoption depth by country
  • Own the market support model for features, bugs, and questions
  • Manage intake, triage, and escalation paths for the team
  • Pull in product counterparts only when genuinely required
  • Serve as the supply chain subject-matter expert in the central team
  • Define SOPs and streamline processes
  • Standardize market best practices
  • Own business reporting and impact measurement
  • Manage standard KPI reporting
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis
  • Perform post-launch measurement of product impact
