Anforderungen
- No prior experience required; training provided
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience in supply chain, engineering, or operations management
- Apprenticeship/professional training in logistics, forwarding, industrial environments, or related fields
- Minimum 6 months logistics, supply chain, or industrial administration experience
- Fluent English and advanced German
- Experience in fast-paced environment; ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Familiarity with computer databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- ERP experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual contributor
- High reliability, flexibility, and independence
- Strong presence with ability to interact with senior leadership and clients
- Professional approach with high attention to details and deadlines
Aufgaben
- Enter data and process paperwork
- Coordinate scheduling with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other departments
- Coordinate daily shipments and production orders
- Monitor and report shipment and order status
- Escalate emergencies
- Check compliance with shipping/receiving dates and documents
- Communicate with internal departments and external forwarders
- Organize and process global in- and outbound shipments
- Maintain performance indicators
- Support logistics operations tasks
