Anforderungen
- Experience in heavy transport logistics, supply chain, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in project logistics and multimodal heavy/oversized transport
- Ability to influence execution, perseverance, and assertiveness
- Very good German (C1) and English (B1) or higher
- Basic MS Office skills, preferably Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness for frequent travel to job sites in Germany and project offices
- Proactive communication and effective problem-solving skills
- Team player, stress resistant, strong conflict resolution skills, and sense of humor
- Experience in Heavy Transport Logistics, Supply Chain, or an equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience, preferably in project logistics and heavy-, oversized multimodal transportation

- Proficient in German C1 and English at B1 level or higher
- Basic MS Office skills, preferably in Excel and Powerpoint
- Willing to travel frequently to the jobsites in Germany and project offices

Aufgaben
- Align on final routes for the last leg
- Visually inspect routes with other logistics functions
- Check truck driving and maneuvering space dimensions
- Oversee execution of measures with transport providers
- Hand over joint bays and reloading areas
- Extract critical measures from route surveys
- Categorize complexity and time for execution
- Agree on costs for fixing measures
- Follow up with internal reports and purchase orders
- Conduct supplier evaluations and report to logistics
- Align with applicable Logistics Coordinator when issues arise
- Coordinate location and storage logic for drum accessibility
- Verify drum numbers for outbound, storage, and inbound
- Ensure proper storage conditions for cables and accessories
- Check equipment status, permits, and certifications
- Manage return flow of drums and cable scrap
- Collaborate with supply chain to implement work methods
- Collaborate with project management and key functions
- Oversee key subcontractors by maintaining relationships
- Coordinate potential issues with subcontractors
