- Lead and coordinate multiple concurrent e-commerce initiatives
- Manage webshop enhancements, platform optimizations, and new webshop launches
- Manage activities across all project phases
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into actionable solutions
- Monitor platform performance and manage e-commerce processes
- Manage product catalog, ordering, payment, and fulfillment
- Coordinate testing activities with stakeholders and partners
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer and patient journey
- Support growth of Direct-to-Patient (DTP) business
- Build and maintain partnerships with BRMs, IT, and stakeholders
