Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in supply chain management, ideally with focus on customer collaboration, demand or supply planning, customer service, or customer-facing SCM responsibilities
- At least five years of professional experience in relevant environment preferred
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and interfaces between Sales, Planning, Production, and Customer Service
- Experience collaborating operationally with customers at supply chain level
- Knowledge of collaborative planning methods such as CPFR, S&OP, or VMI is an advantage
- Experience with SAP, ideally S/4HANA and PP, SD, and MM modules. Knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus
- Industry experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Ingredients is desirable
- Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent analytical skills
- Process- and solution-oriented manner, independent, structured, and reliable
- Confident and persuasive communication with internal and external stakeholders, experience facilitating alignment discussions
- Confident handling of escalations, even in complex situations. Fluent English for negotiations. Willingness to travel internationally. German language skills are an advantage.
Aufgaben
- Build and develop trusted relationships with business partners
- Analyze demand trends, inventory levels, and delivery performance
- Identify risks and initiate actions
- Analyze and manage customer portfolio by value, potential, and risk
- Coordinate resolution of supply chain bottlenecks and risks
- Ensure high delivery capability and adherence to service levels
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Customer Service, Order Management, Sales, Production, Quality, R&D, Business Units, and Logistics
- Contribute to cross-functional supply chain optimization projects
- Develop customer collaboration concepts like VMI or S&OP integrations
- Implement CPFR processes with business partners
- Develop CPFR processes based on internal demand planning and S&OP
- Align sales forecasts and demand plans with customers
- Take responsibility for forecast alignment and supply commitments
- Conduct joint supply chain reviews with customers
- Conduct forecast alignment meetings with customers
- Conduct S&OP synchronization sessions with customers
- Integrate supply chain perspective into Lead-to-Order process
- Assess capacities, raw material availability, lead times, and batch sizes
- Assess minimum order quantities (MOQs) and SCM risks
- Initiate and support product launches
- Ensure supply chain involvement at defined process gates
- Document relevant SCM decisions
