Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Administration or comparable
- 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement or supply chain, third-party manufacturing/contract manufacturing
- Team player with strong negotiation skills, determined and convincing personality, and strong analytical skills
- Good SAP knowledge in SAP R/3 or S/4HANA (MM) as well as Ariba
- English working language, German knowledge is an advantage
- FMCG experience is an advantage
- Occasional business travel is required

- Analyze, monitor, and evaluate procurement markets
- Assess supplier capabilities, technology fit, and capacity
- Ensure spend visibility and transparency across the supplier base
- Drive cost savings and cost optimization
- Support supplier registration and onboarding
- Manage supplier master data and price information in systems
- Manage the supplier process, including contract development and negotiations
- Manage supplier qualification, escalations, and root cause analysis
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners on supplier topics
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships with strategic partners
- Support process and system changes and improvements
- Actively contribute to projects
