Anforderungen
- University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in comparable technical role, preferably automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within international and cross-functional teams
- Experience in AMR programming, preferably with KUKA or MiR solutions
- Experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Knowledge of programming languages: Python, JavaScript, VBA, or C#
- Understanding of Industrial IoT, OT cybersecurity principles, and industrial communication protocols: PROFINET, MQTT, and OPC UA
- Experience with databases and various data storage technologies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and manufacturing environments
- Experience with digitalization, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing initiatives is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Ability to persuade/influence stakeholders to drive optimization and standards
