Anforderungen
- University degree or college diploma in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant professional experience in comparable technical role, preferably automotive or manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within international and cross-functional teams
- Experience with Siemens PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems
- Experience with Camera and vision systems – traditional and AI
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, VBA, or C#
- Understanding of Industrial IoT, OT cybersecurity principles, and industrial communication protocols, including PROFINET, MQTT, and OPC UA
- Understanding of OT networking
- Experience with databases and various data storage technologies
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of Operational Technology (OT) systems and manufacturing environments
- Experience with digitalization, Industry 4.0, and smart manufacturing initiatives is an advantage
- Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Highly self-motivated and directed
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Able to persuade / influence stakeholders to drive optimization and standards
Aufgaben
- Collaborate with teams to develop technical specifications and standards
- Lead and support projects focused on Camera and Vision systems
- Act as a technical interface between teams, builders, suppliers, and departments
- Provide expert technical consultation, knowledge sharing, and training
- Contribute to the development and improvement of technical standards and guidelines
- Develop innovative and practical technical solutions for manufacturing and automation challenges
- Provide technical leadership throughout equipment development and implementation
- Support commissioning, validation, and deployment activities
- Promote standardization and scalability of automation solutions
