Aufgaben
- Plan, execute, evaluate, and document pilot plant batches and scale-up trials
- Support laboratory process transfer to pilot and production environments
- Operate pilot plant equipment, including reactors and filtration systems
- Conduct process trials, testing, and technical studies
- Analyze experimental results and provide recommendations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency
- Prepare technical documentation, manufacturing instructions, and reports
