- Identify key risks and mechanisms for co-formulating biologics comprising identified unit operations
- Identify key risks and mechanisms for co-formulating biologics comprising in-process controls
- Enable a state-of-the-art, compliant, and robust control strategy
- Maintain maximum dose-range flexibility
- Plan and perform systematic studies on innovative formulation concepts for biologic drug products
- Publish results in peer-reviewed journals
- Present work at internal panels and scientific conferences
- Collaborate with international multidisciplinary teams to advance project goals
- Participate in root cause analyses of development projects
- Demonstrate responsibility in maintaining scientific standards
- Demonstrate responsibility in maintaining safe laboratory practices
- Maintain a high level of productivity in the laboratory
- Actively engage with scientific literature
- Apply insights from scientific literature to individual projects
- Apply insights from scientific literature to the overall program
