Aufgaben
- Develop base formulations and applications for beer, beer mix, and malt beverages
- Select suitable raw materials
- Advise on existing products and new product concepts
- Produce product samples independently
- Support new and ongoing customer projects
- Coordinate customer workshops independently
- Work closely with colleagues from market segments
- Contribute to the implementation of new trends
- Consider food law and regulatory aspects
- Provide technical and operational support in scale-up processes
- Provide technical and operational support in the pilot plant
