- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable background

- Strong proficiency in agile development and DevOps principles
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and container technologies
- Practical experience with agile scaling frameworks (LeSS or SAFe)
- Experience in international, multicultural agile organizations
- High degree of quality awareness
- Ability to structure and guide new security processes and regulations organization-wide
- Analytical thinking
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Reliability in complex situations
- Proven ability to collaborate efficiently across functional and project boundaries
- Skill to effectively communicate complex content and risks to stakeholders at all levels

- Define and maintain cybersecurity policies, strategies, and roadmaps
- Steer improvement programs to integrate secure development practices
- Lead cybersecurity compliance activities and provide expert guidance
- Manage product vulnerabilities and incidents
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify security risks
- Define clear risk acceptance criteria for solutions
- Drive innovative IT/Cybersecurity initiatives from PoC to productive use
- Guide stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Emphasize technological security needs to Product Managers, Owners, and Architects
- Measure and report the status of adherence to PSS standards and policies
- Represent the R&D department in product and solution security matters
