Aufgaben
- Ensure best-in-class quality practices in the solution business
- Contribute to process improvements
- Contribute to supplier quality management
- Contribute to strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with Project Management Coordinator on QMiPs staffing and project alignment
- Define and supervise KPIs for the global Solutions QMiP team
- Support minimizing Non-Conformance Costs (NCCs)
- Facilitate best practice and lessons learned sessions
- Improve team efficiency through knowledge exchange
- Provide guidance and mentorship to the QMiP team
- Encourage professional growth and skill development for the QMiP team
- Support definition and use of the project management tool
- Provide input for project management tool improvement
- Support global Project QMiP in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ensure implementation of improvement and preventive measures
- Design and ensure comprehensive training programs for Project QMiP
- Ensure robust implementation of SQM processes globally
- Support regional countries in driving SQM initiatives
- Support supplier qualification for solutions and services
- Align supplier audit programs with Project Procurement
- Lead Quality Assurance Agreements (QAA) across regions and HQ
- Report directly to the Head of Quality Excellence
- Participate in the project management leadership circle
