Aufgaben
- Lead ZOLLHOF Fellowship rounds
- Establish high-standard organizational structures
- Manage selection processes
- Oversee program implementation and fellow experience
- Evaluate prototype learnings
- Provide innovative input
- Build, refine, and scale future program content and structure
- Build partnerships and secure funding with foundations, patrons, and corporations
- Act as key ZOLLHOF representative
- Drive talent scouting and candidate selection with partnering universities, the ZOLLHOF team, and marketing resources
- Act as key interface to the Startup Team
- Ensure Scholarship programs feed the Entrepreneurship funnel
