Anforderungen
- MBA/Master's Degree
- Advanced Excel user; SQL and operations research skills are a plus

- Lead supply chain collaboration initiatives with vendors/manufacturers
- Identify efficiency improvements with vendors/manufacturers
- Reduce logistics costs with vendors/manufacturers
- Improve availability with vendors/manufacturers
- Partner with vendors and manufacturers to streamline supply chain processes
- Act as sponsor/key stakeholder for EDI rollout
- Shape strategic development of Forecasting, Planning & Replenishment (FP&R)
- Define FP&R roadmap with FP&R leadership team
- Prioritize FP&R projects with FP&R leadership team
- Ensure smooth execution of the FP&R roadmap
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects
- Improve forecasting/planning accuracy
- Improve product availability
- Improve stock efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Enhance automation across forecasting, planning, and replenishment processes
- Enhance stability across forecasting, planning, and replenishment processes
- Enhance scalability across forecasting, planning, and replenishment processes
- Leverage data and analytics to challenge assumptions
- Drive informed decisions using data and analytics
- Stimulate critical thinking and innovation
