Aufgaben
- Provide financial planning, visibility, and control for major projects
- Manage financial aspects of investments and externally funded activities
- Oversee financial planning for capital projects, including budget and CapEx forecasts
- Track cost-to-complete, capitalization, and cash impact for capital projects
- Manage grants and institutional contracts post-award
- Trace eligible costs for grants and institutional contracts
- Submit hourly rate proposals for grants
- Manage grant income and funding claims
- Prepare grant reporting packages
- Maintain audit-ready documentation for grants
- Build financial cases for grant and institutional proposals
- Develop cost and rate models for proposals
- Define co-funding structures for proposals
- Track cash and reporting commitments for submissions
- Incorporate project-level financial data into company-wide budgeting
- Contribute to company-wide forecasting and management reporting
- Support FP&A/Controlling team with cross-departmental analysis
- Provide early warnings on cost overruns and schedule slippage
- Recommend courses of action for financial risks
- Own the project controlling framework
- Define cost-allocation rules
- Develop and maintain planning models
- Create and manage reporting templates
- Oversee the tooling for project controlling
