- Coordinate complex projects and set up guiding structures
- Plan projects cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
- Define project scope, tasks, work packages, and deliverables
- Monitor project progress, including budget, timelines, quality, and risk
- Integrate program strategy and operational execution across functional areas
- Ensure delivery of program goals and team success
- Establish efficient content and information flow between teams
- Provide routine status reporting and project reviews
- Lead and support new process implementation
- Optimize operational efficiency through process improvement
- Build, maintain, and manage high-performing project teams
