- Coordinate Thinkproject business solution implementation
- Coordinate Thinkproject business solution managed operations
- Manage project timelines, risks, revenues, and costs
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks
- Inform all stakeholders during implementation
- Manage projects from initiation to closure
- Ensure effective project handover
- Apply project management methodologies and best practices
- Track project progress
- Control project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Ensure successful project completion
- Manage project documentation, including plans, charters, and forecasts
- Manage project logs and tracking tools
- Manage change and risk mitigation
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams
- Align resources with project objectives
- Define clear project scope
- Establish measurable project goals and milestones
- Adhere to Program Governance for program/portfolio projects
- Report to the Project Director for program/portfolio projects
- Report to the Project Sponsor for standalone projects
- Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies
- Monitor project milestones
- Ensure on-time delivery of key deliverables and final products
- Maintain high quality standards across all project phases
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and external clients
- Address project progress, issues, exceptions, and risks
- Facilitate clear and open communication among parties
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the executive team
- Contribute to business planning
- Contribute to portfolio prioritization
- Contribute to innovation roadmaps
