- Fluency in technology, process, data, and people
- Structured and organized under pressure
Aufgaben
- Run project kick-offs
- Collaborate with customers on scope and process
- Configure blp
- Coordinate integrations
- Guide customers through testing
- Ensure successful go-live
- Run configuration days for multiple customers simultaneously
- Answer customer questions during configuration
- Own enterprise customer projects end to end
- Lead sponsor meetings for enterprise customers
- Manage a country, entity, or workstream on large programs
- Manage multiple customers in parallel at different stages
- Keep all customers on schedule
- Work with customers on their processes
- Identify and flag process assumption issues early
- Coordinate project specialists, including Integration Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and AI Automation Specialists
- Actively manage project scope
- Identify and handle change requests deliberately
- Manage project budgets
- Raise budget concerns early when effort is drifting
- Hand over projects cleanly to Consultants and support at go-live
