- Active scope ownership and deliberate change request handling
- Budget adherence and early effort drift detection
- Clean handover at go-live to Consultants and support organization
- Delivery outcome ownership from kick-off to last go-live (plan, scope, dependencies, date)
- Relentless drive for first go-live and wave planning across ERPs, entities, countries
- Steering committee leadership and decision ownership
- Recovery plan writing and execution for off-track programs
- Leadership and coaching of blp teams and Project Managers
- Scope discipline and proactive issue identification
- Ownership, autonomy, and proactive delivery
- Early escalation with proposed solutions
- Comfortable running meetings with customer finance or IT leads
- Four-language fluency: technology, process, data, and people
- Structured and organized approach under pressure
- 5+ years delivering complex projects (consulting, implementation, transformation)
- Proven track record running multi-country/entity programs with senior stakeholders and steering committees
- Experience leading delivery teams
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
- ERP implementation experience (bonus)
- Finance or supply chain processes experience (bonus)
- AI-driven SaaS experience (bonus)
